  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Our standard delivery timeframe is 10–15 days from the date of dispatch.

    • Unforeseen logistical delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to third-party logistics issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (if applicable).

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates and available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We stand by the quality and delivery of our products.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will gladly resend the product at no additional cost after verifying the issue.

Important Notes:

  • Proof of damage (photos/video) may be required for approval.

  • Lost packages are eligible for reshipment only after the courier officially confirms the loss.

  • Stolen packages (marked as “delivered” but not received) are not eligible for a free reshipment, as we cannot verify such claims with the courier.
